1.  ASHWAGANDHA


Take a glass of warm milk. Add one teaspoon Ashwagandha powder to it . Ashwagandha powder is available in herbal medical store. Add one teaspoon of sugar to it. Mix it well. Consume this one glass of ashwagandha milk daily before sleeping.
NOTE:  Warm natured people should not have ashwagandha excessively as it produces a lot of heat in the body.

2.  JAGGERY

 


Take a glass of warm milk. Add a teaspoon jaggery to it. Consume it daily as it boosts the calcium content in the body and makes the bones strong and helps in increasing height.

3.  CINNAMON

 

Take an amount of cinnamon (daar cheeni) and grind it well. Now take a cup of warm water. Put half teaspoon of cinnamon in milk. Mix it well.
